Hi there
I'd just like to note a couple of things for updating the bibliography.
The listing of my MA thesis (I'm S. McAra) has a typo - it should say "university" not "aniversity"
The second thing is that I have now published a book based on that thesis. Its full publication information for your bibliography is: McAra, Sally. 2007. Land of Beautiful Vision: Making a Buddhist Sacred Place in New Zealand. Published by University of Hawai'i Press, Honolulu, in their series "Topics in Contemporary Buddhism"
ISBN: 978-0-8248-2996-4.
As a university student doing a essay on the FWBO which (typical student that I am) is due in tomorrow morning, I'd just like to thank you for the most useful list of resources I've come across so far. Which just shows that it pays to not listen to your lecturers when they say, "Don't look on Wikipedia." :) Thank you so much.
Kayleigh
